Intern – Deals & Capital Markets Advisory

About the role

As an Intern in the Deals and Capital Markets Advisory team at PwC, you will support senior professionals in delivering strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will gain exposure to both public and private transactions and help clients navigate complex accounting and financial reporting challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing analyses and presentations for deal advisory projects.
• Support the evaluation of transaction structures and capital‑markets considerations.
• Research technical accounting and financial reporting issues related to mergers, acquisitions and other transformational events.
• Collaborate with team members to gather data, identify patterns and contribute to client deliverables.
• Participate in internal learning sessions and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.
