Senior Accountant – ERP Transition Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the financial side of our ERP transition. This fixed‑term, one‑year role focuses on data migration, process automation and ensuring accurate reporting during the switch to a new system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue booked in 1C (ERP) with analytics data and adjust discrepancies.
• Reconcile partner balances, accounts receivable and payable, and create tickets for the 1C/ERP development team to drive automation.
• Prepare detailed reports and reconciliations for external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with support and development teams to resolve accounting and operational issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with ERP migration or implementation exposure.
• Experience in an international company is a plus.
• Intermediate (B1) or higher level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Working knowledge of 1C/ERP finance programs.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or IFRS is advantageous.
