Construction Supervision Specialist

About the role

The Construction Supervision Specialist will provide hands‑on site supervision and inspection of construction works in Tashkent, focusing on hidden works, reinforcement and concrete quality, workmanship, and daily site records in line with Uzbek construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily site inspections, verifying activities against approved drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Inspect and document hidden works before they are covered or subsequent activities commence.
• Verify reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, testing and related quality‑control requirements.
• Identify non‑conformities in workmanship or materials and follow up corrective actions with contractors.
• Maintain accurate daily site diaries, inspection records, photo evidence and supporting supervision documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SHNK/KMK requirements and approved project procedures.
• Coordinate observations and technical issues with the Chief Construction Supervisor and project specialists.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of hands‑on construction site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of Uzbek SHNK/KMK construction requirements.
• Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian, with working command of English.
