Intern/Associate – Tax & Accounting Services

About the role

This internship in PwC's TRS practice offers hands‑on experience supporting clients with accounting, tax compliance and regulatory reporting in Uzbekistan.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns, calculations and related financial reports.
• Assist with tax registrations, deregistrations and other regulatory filings.
• Collect, review and analyse financial, accounting and tax data.
• Post accounting entries in 1C and other platforms.
• Draft correspondence and submissions to tax authorities.
• Support tax advisory projects, including research and legislative analysis.
• Communicate with clients on information requests and project updates.
• Participate in client meetings and document meeting notes and actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with 1C accounting platform.
