Assistant Marketing Manager – Gaming (Tashkent)

About the role

We are supporting a leading global technology and gaming company in recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager to help expand a major mobile gaming product across Uzbekistan and the wider CIS region. This junior‑level position offers the chance to work on local digital, gaming and entertainment trends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights and reports on marketing, communication and entertainment trends across Uzbekistan and CIS markets.
• Research local influencers, content creators, trending brands and advertising campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of local marketing campaigns for a global mobile gaming product.
• Coordinate with marketing, community management, user acquisition, content, agency and global publishing teams.
• Assist influencer, content, digital and market activation initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc performance reports and campaign updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive campaign assets and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with at least one year in a professional role.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, digital media or consumer brands is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Uzbek, Kazakh or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing abilities.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
