Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the local expansion of a major global mobile gaming product across Uzbekistan and the wider CIS region. The role will work closely with international marketing, community, user acquisition and agency teams to deliver localized campaigns and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights and reports on marketing, communication and entertainment trends in Uzbekistan and CIS markets.
• Research local influencers, content creators, trending brands and advertising campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of local marketing campaigns for the mobile gaming product.
• Coordinate with marketing, community management, user acquisition, content, agency and global publishing teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc performance reports and campaign updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive campaign assets and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a professional role.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, digital media or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Uzbek, Kazakh or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Uzbekistan/CIS social media and influencer landscape.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term 1‑year contract with the possibility of annual renewal based on performance.
• Monthly salary up to USD 1,800, plus mandatory benefits in line with local employment requirements.
