Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are supporting a leading global technology and gaming company in recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager to help expand a major mobile gaming product across Uzbekistan and the CIS region. This junior role offers exposure to local digital, gaming and entertainment trends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights and reports on marketing, communication and entertainment trends across Uzbekistan and CIS markets.
• Research local influencers/KOLs, content creators, trending brands, advertising campaigns and entertainment trends.
• Support planning and execution of local marketing campaigns for a major global mobile gaming product.
• Coordinate with marketing, community management, user acquisition, content, agency and global publishing teams.
• Assist influencer, content, digital and local market activation initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc marketing/business performance reports and meeting recaps.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive campaign assets and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, digital media or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in mobile gaming and gaming culture.
• Fluent English and Russian (mandatory); Uzbek, Kazakh and/or Chinese language skills are advantageous.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of the Uzbekistan/CIS social media and influencer landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills; proactive, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with international and cross‑cultural teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
