Senior Associate – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

As a Senior Associate you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business challenges across the full project cycle – from diagnostics of finance processes to the design and implementation support of automation solutions. You will act as a key member of cross‑functional internal and client teams delivering finance transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver finance transformation projects covering budgeting, cost accounting, management reporting and related policies.
• Perform diagnostics of clients’ finance functions and FP&A processes, identify gaps and develop practical recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for finance automation solutions (ERP/EPM/BI) and support implementation.
• Advise clients on finance‑related matters and design solutions that address complex challenges.
• Manage, coach and review the work of junior team members and mentor consultants in the FP&A team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or IT from a leading university.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, SAP, 1C or certification related to ERP/EPM solutions is an advantage.
• Strong focus on personal and professional growth with a good understanding of finance technology transformation, budgeting, finance modelling or cost accounting.
• Client‑focused approach with ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external teams.
