eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Mirantis is seeking an eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to manage its Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings. The role is fully remote within Uzbekistan and focuses on ensuring accurate product information, coordinating launches, and driving automation across commerce workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day health of Mirantis listings on Webstore, AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace, handling pricing, SKUs, entitlements and media assets.
• Coordinate product onboarding, updates and deprecations, including private offer workflows and partner certification.
• Maintain a consolidated project tracker in Jira, run sprint planning, status meetings and manage RAID logs.
• Lead UAT cycles: define test cases, assign testers, consolidate results and obtain sign‑off.
• Produce business requirement documents, user stories, process maps and data‑flow diagrams for engineering and QA.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets) tracking GMV, conversion, order value and fulfillment SLA.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to align on order volumes, entitlement provisioning and marketplace deal analytics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or project coordination for digital commerce, SaaS licensing or cloud marketplaces.
• Hands‑on experience managing listings, private offers, metering or SaaS contracts on AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to build independent reports using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Snowflake.
• Strong written communication skills for SOPs, BRDs and stakeholder updates.
