Data Collection Coordinator – Water Utilities

About the role

The Data Collection Coordinator will lead systematic data gathering and verification from water utility operators in Karakalpakstan (KST) and Bukhara (Bukhara Suv Taminoti). The role ensures that accurate, document‑backed information feeds the financial model, supporting the consultancy’s infrastructure and environmental projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a formal Data Request package (78 items, 12 sections) to KST and Bukhara operators and track response status.
• Coordinate with finance, technical, HR, and commercial departments to obtain required documents, maintaining a detailed data collection log.
• Conduct on‑site visits to operator offices in Nukus and Bukhara to resolve data gaps and ensure a 21‑day response deadline.
• Cross‑check operator‑provided financial data against invoices, reports, and other supporting documents.
• Reconcile inconsistent datasets, standardise units, currency and time periods, and prepare reconciliation notes for the Finance Specialist.
• Consolidate verified data and hand it over to the technical team for inclusion in the financial model.
