Chinese Business Group (CBG) Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to join its Chinese Business Group (CBG) in Tashkent, supporting Chinese clients investing and operating across Uzbekistan. The role combines business development, client relationship management, project coordination and cross-border advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate projects across tax, legal and advisory teams.
• Act as a bridge between Chinese clients and local teams, including interpretation and translation support.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, client materials and market research.
• Support client visits, events and relationship-building activities.

Required profile

• Preferred major in business, finance, economics, law or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (Senior Associate) or 3+ years (Manager).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English or Russian.
• Experience with Chinese companies, investors or cross-border projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Uzbekistan and Eurasian markets is an advantage.
