Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment for Global University Systems. The role is home‑based with travel expenses covered, and you will work closely with global directors to expand our B2B channels across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels.
• Collaborate with Global Directors to design and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent one of our partner universities or colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.
• Develop, train and support education agents to promote the brand.
• Source new agents through fairs, business trips, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new revenue from existing accounts and identify fresh business opportunities.
• Research clients, engage key industry players and nurture partner relationships.
• Deliver workshops, presentations, conferences and on‑camera sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
• Established network of education agencies and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of industry trends for strategic planning.
• Track record of generating revenue and expanding partner pipelines.
• Highly motivated, confident presenter and workshop facilitator.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM/database management experience.
