Branch Manager

About the role

AsstrA, a global logistics provider operating in 27 countries, is seeking a Branch Manager for its Tashkent office. The role involves leading the branch, developing supplier relationships, and driving profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cooperation with regional suppliers and manage the branch supplier portfolio.
• Increase personnel numbers and quality, and manage the branch budget to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance, protect legal interests, and implement AsstrA holding policies.
• Enhance competitiveness and promote the company brand in the region.
• Lead the implementation of the business strategy and manage overall branch performance.
• Oversee team management, safety, operational processes, marketing, and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and Uzbek; English at B1+ level.
• Knowledge of Uzbekistan’s logistics infrastructure, regional market, and relevant legislation.
• Understanding of tactical, operational, and process management.
• Experience building a network of business contacts and effective communication.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Leadership ability with responsibility for team outcomes.
