About the role

The company is looking for a Taxi Service Operator to join its dispatch team in Namanagan. The operator will handle incoming taxi requests, ensuring each order is recorded accurately and forwarded to drivers promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process taxi booking orders via phone or internal system.
• Verify customer details and destination information.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign rides efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transactions.

Required profile

• Female candidates aged 18 to 30.
• Secondary specialized education (technical or vocational).
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (07:00‑18:00 or 18:00‑07:00).
