Tax Services Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax Services Manager to lead client engagements in tax planning, compliance and reporting. You will work with businesses to navigate complex tax regulations, optimise tax positions and minimise risk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax reporting strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Analyse financial data, interpret tax legislation and provide actionable guidance on tax reporting requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Own project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and timely completion.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain quality standards, timelines and deliverables.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile
