Senior Manager – Corporate Finance (Tashkent)

About the role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and entrepreneurial corporate finance professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Manager in our Tashkent office. The role combines market coverage, client relationship building and execution excellence across M&A and debt advisory transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage CEOs, CFOs, private equity firms and family business owners to originate mandates and build a pipeline of actionable ideas.
• Monitor sector trends, generate thought‑leadership and pitch compelling M&A and debt advisory concepts.
• Lead execution of complex sell‑side, buy‑side, merger, joint‑venture and carve‑out transactions, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and development.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking or related corporate finance functions.
• Debt advisory experience covering funding strategy and DCM transactions from origination to execution.
• Proven track record of leading complex transaction execution and originating long‑term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and deal structuring capabilities.
• Advanced degree in finance, business, economics or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
