Secondary Mathematics Teacher – International School, Tashkent (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

The school is seeking experienced secondary mathematics teachers to join its international faculty in Tashkent. You will deliver the curriculum to high‑school learners, fostering critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a supportive, multicultural environment. The position starts in August 2026 and is offered on a renewable contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student‑centred mathematics lessons aligned with an international curriculum (e.g., IB, Cambridge, Canadian, AP).
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues across subjects to support interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in school community activities, parent meetings and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics or a related field.
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum three years of high‑school mathematics teaching experience.
• Previous experience in an international school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in delivering an international mathematics curriculum.
• Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching resources into lessons.
