About the role

Join a government‑backed national education reform in Uzbekistan as an English Teacher for secondary students (Grades 9‑11). You will work on‑site in historic cities, delivering high‑impact lessons and supporting local faculty development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 20 contact hours of English instruction per week to secondary students.
• Lead two‑hour weekly seminars to upskill local teachers.
• Facilitate six hours of extracurricular immersion activities.

Required profile

• Native‑level English speaker with a passion for secondary education.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in TESOL, Linguistics, Education, or any degree plus CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification.
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary/high‑school level.
• Energetic, culturally curious professional eager to contribute to nation‑building.
