Country Manager - Uzbekistan

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our operations in Uzbekistan. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be responsible for driving market growth, ensuring operational excellence, and representing the organization with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, ensuring efficiency, quality delivery, and profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across all functions, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost optimisation.
• Support business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and represent the company at local events.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold the group’s values, ethics and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Uzbek, English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Uzbekistan’s regulatory, economic and cultural environment.
