Chinese Business Group (CBG) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to join our Chinese Business Group (CBG), supporting Chinese clients investing and operating across Uzbekistan. The role combines business development, client relationship management, project coordination, and cross‑border advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate projects across tax, legal, advisory teams.
• Act as a bridge between Chinese clients and local teams, providing interpretation and translation support.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, client materials, and market research.
• Support client visits, events, and relationship‑building activities.

Required profile

• Major in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience (Senior Associate) or 3+ years (Manager).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English or Russian.
• Experience working with Chinese companies, investors, or cross‑border projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of Uzbekistan and Eurasian markets (advantage).
