Team Leader - Transmission & Substation

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee the modernization of 12 high‑voltage transmission lines (220 kV) and the expansion of four substations in Tashkent. The role will provide strategic leadership across multiple sites, ensuring scope, quality, cost and schedule are managed in line with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a multi‑site infrastructure program, acting as the single point of contact for the employer.
• Coordinate design review, construction supervision, quality assurance and compliance for transmission lines and substations.
• Develop detailed work plans, implementation schedules and project quality‑assurance plans.
• Prepare and present quarterly payment reports, analyse delays and propose remedial actions.
• Supervise commissioning activities and ensure accurate reporting to the Project Management Unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in design and implementation of 220 kV (or higher) transmission lines and substations.
• At least 5 years experience managing similar large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and JV partners.
