Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior and expatriate positions, ensuring a premium candidate experience and alignment with business needs in Uzbekistan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior and expatriate positions across Uzbekistan business units.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, local job boards, Telegram channels and networking to attract passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Lead salary negotiations and offer proposals ensuring market competitiveness and budget alignment.
• Partner with local and regional hiring managers to clarify job requirements, provide market insights, salary benchmarking and talent availability maps.
• Design and execute employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines, fostering relationships with universities, professional associations and recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• Minimum 5 + years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Deep knowledge of the Kyrgyzstan labour market, hiring regulations and compensation practices.
• Fluent in Russian and English for business communication and reporting.
