Python Developer (Backend + Fullstack)

About the role

A team developing an internal analytics platform and AI solutions to automate the work of analysts and data engineers is looking for a Python Developer. You will work on backend services and analytics tools, including maintaining and extending the DataHub implementation, while also integrating LLMs into existing products and contributing to AI agent development. The role covers regular backend tasks and frontend features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve Python backend services for the internal analytics platform
• Build features for analytics tools, admin interfaces and services for data engineers
• Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs and analytics interfaces
• Maintain and extend the DataHub deployment, build custom extensions and integrations with internal systems and data sources
• Help develop AI agents, including Text2SQL and automation of routine tasks
• Work on frontend features using React
• Design APIs and integrations, take part in architecture discussions and adapt open-source solutions
• Write tests and take part in code reviews

Required profile

• More than 3 years of commercial experience in Python backend development
• Experience building backend services, APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Understanding of application architecture, design principles and common development patterns
• Interest in LLMs and AI agents, and active use of AI tools in development
• Ability to work independently, take a structured approach and learn existing codebases
• Conversational English at B1 level or above

Required skills

• Python
• React (or willingness to learn it quickly)
• Nice to have: LLM integration via APIs or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen
• Nice to have: vector databases (pgvector, ChromaDB, Qdrant), analytical databases (ClickHouse, Greenplum, Vertica), S3-compatible storage, Docker, CI/CD and monitoring tools
