Head of Strategy and Transformation Office

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting for a senior leader to head the Strategy and Transformation Office of a leading bank. The role will define the long‑term strategic vision, drive large‑scale transformation programmes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the bank’s strategic roadmap, translating corporate goals into actionable plans.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and trend assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and innovation.
• Design and oversee change‑management programmes to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Strategy Office and all business units, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify digital solutions and work with IT teams to integrate technology into the strategic agenda.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning and business transformation within the financial sector.
• Strong track record of leading change‑management initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, capable of influencing senior executives and board members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
