Head of Micro & Small Business Directorate – Relocation to Tashkent

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a senior leader to head its Micro and Small Business (MSE) Directorate. The role involves shaping product strategy, driving sales, and expanding digital channels for MSE clients, with relocation to Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new banking products for micro and small business clients, based on market analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Lead sales initiatives, design promotional campaigns, and build partnerships with agents to increase product uptake.
• Define and launch a mobile app and online application processes tailored to MSE customers.
• Assess product profitability, set competitive rates and fees, and create supplementary revenue‑generating services.
• Create and execute a strategic growth plan for the MSE segment, monitor KPIs, and lead cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in product development and growth within micro‑ and small‑business banking.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross‑functional projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and market assessment.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects such as mobile apps or online channels.
• Results‑driven with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
