Head of Credit Administration Directorate

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting for a leading financial institution in Tashkent. The Head of Credit Administration Directorate will lead the credit administration function, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve department objectives while leading a high‑performing team.
• Continuously improve credit administration processes to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Manage the end‑to‑end credit administration cycle, including documentation, record‑keeping, collateral management, disbursements and repayment monitoring.
• Reduce credit risk exposure and maintain the health of the credit portfolio.
• Ensure all processes adhere to industry best practices, local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement robust quality‑control mechanisms for documentation and administrative procedures.
• Monitor the credit portfolio and establish early‑warning systems to identify potential risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within a credit administration division.
• Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ employees).
• Strong background in credit administration for corporate and retail clients.
• In‑depth knowledge of Uzbekistan’s banking sector and lending regulations (advantageous).
• Fluency in Russian and English; proficiency in Uzbek is a plus.
