Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the local expansion of a major global mobile gaming product across Uzbekistan and the wider CIS region. This junior role offers the chance to work with a leading technology and gaming company, gaining exposure to digital, gaming and entertainment trends in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights and reports on marketing, communication and entertainment trends across Uzbekistan and CIS markets.
• Research local influencers/KOLs, content creators, trending brands, advertising campaigns and entertainment trends.
• Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns for a major global mobile gaming product.
• Coordinate with marketing, community management, user acquisition, content, agency and global publishing teams.
• Assist influencer, content, digital and local market activation initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc marketing/business performance reports.
• Support regular alignment meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare meeting recaps, action points and campaign updates.
• Coordinate marketing materials and information across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive campaign assets, information and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, digital media or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in mobile gaming and gaming culture.
• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory); Uzbek, Kazakh and/or Chinese are advantageous.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising or influencer marketing.
• Good understanding of the Uzbekistan/CIS social media and influencer landscape.
• Proactive, organized and detail‑oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time 1‑year fixed‑term contract through a third‑party agency.
• Maximum salary of USD 1,800 per month, based on experience.
