Senior Associate – Workforce Consulting

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workforce Consulting practice in Tashkent. The role focuses on delivering HR transformation and technology advisory services, helping clients optimise their people strategies, improve employee engagement and align HR functions with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop people and organisation strategies.
• Assess HR processes, policies and systems and recommend transformation initiatives.
• Guide technology implementation and service‑delivery model design.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while delivering high‑quality work.
• Interpret data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and client needs.
• Proficiency with a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques for problem solving.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills to break down complex concepts.
• Understanding of project objectives and how individual work fits into overall strategy.
