HSE Supervisor

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will implement and enforce ACWA Power Uzbekistan’s Health, Safety and Environment policies at the site level. The role ensures day‑to‑day compliance, monitors HSE performance, and promotes a proactive safety culture across all project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce HSE standards, policies and permit‑to‑work systems on a daily basis.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks and safety walkthroughs.
• Respond to incidents and near‑misses, support investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions and refresher training to all site personnel and contractors.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, prepare daily/weekly site reports and promptly escalate issues.
• Liaise with construction, operations and maintenance teams to integrate HSE into work planning.
