Full Stack Web Developer – Local Contractor

About the role
The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is seeking a local individual contractor to design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the Regional Youth Network for Central Asia (RYNCA). The assignment runs from 1 July to 31 December 2026 and is home‑based in Tashkent.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for sourcing, registering, and configuring hosting and domain services.
- Develop the backend using Laravel Sanctum, PostgreSQL, and Laravel Queues.
- Build the frontend with React and create mobile applications with React Native.
- Implement a shared codebase for iOS and Android to ensure cross‑platform functionality.
- Design and integrate a centralized API to synchronize data between the website and mobile apps.
- Deliver wireframes, visual layouts, prototypes, style guides, and UX specifications aligned with the RYNCA TOR.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑stack web development.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Strong understanding of security and authentication mechanisms.
