Professional Graphic & Motion Designers – Long‑Term Arrangement (LTA)

About the role

UNFPA Uzbekistan is seeking highly creative professional graphic designers and motion‑graphics specialists to join a Long‑Term Arrangement (LTA) roster. The role supports the production of advocacy, communication and visibility materials that advance reproductive health, gender equality and demographic change initiatives across digital, print and multimedia platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality visual assets (infographics, posters, social media graphics) aligned with UNFPA branding.
• Create motion‑graphics videos, animations and video edits for campaigns, reports and emergency communications.
• Adapt content for multiple languages and platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with UNFPA communication teams to meet tight deadlines and project requirements.
• Maintain a repository of design templates and assets for future use.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or motion‑graphics editor, preferably in international development or advocacy contexts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under time‑sensitive conditions.
